1 IDEA FROM ME
How are you taking the new government measures?
- Are you annoyed that you will be unable to freely go from one place to another?
- Are you happy and see this as an opportunity to save more money?
- Are you indifferent as it doesn't change much about your current situation?
You could literally be a mix of all three. Whether you think it is a necessary evil or a painful restriction, it's not changing anytime soon.
As a qualified coach, my job is to help people manage change and complexity in their life. This is all pigeonholed around the idea of:
"Accept the things you cannot control and focus on what you can"
For those eager for change, this is an annoying statement, but it doesn't make it untrue...
If you're practically inclined you can use SWOT and PESTLE to assess where you're at, and what you can actually do with your time going forward.
Crisis or not it always starts and ends with a goal and your level of intention.
And, so I ask you again, how are you taking the new government measures?
1 QUOTE FROM ME
βDo or do not. There is no try.β β Yoda
Yoda understood the art of living with intention. When you "try" in some way, you have already failed. But when you trust the process, there is a willingness and confidence to succeed. Change your language and make it affirmative as opposed to "safe."
