I'm sure there are many of us who have felt like they should have been recognised for their hard work.

HPIs are always on time, consistent, and deliver their work to a high standard, yet still they have not been considered for a promotion.

In other instances, there are some hard working business owners who do not get the acknowledgement they deserve, yet do not disappoint with their work.
