The first week of the new year has brought some much-needed changes to the Jobber Program and things are rolling smoothly. We understand margin is everything when it comes to success and the bottom line, so we are hoping that the new incentives help you grow and maintain momentum towards that next level, whether it be Silver, Gold or Gold+.

Having said all that, I appreciate the inquiries, phone call, emails (and even text messages) from all of you over the past few weeks to check in and see how you're doing with regards to your numbers. I'm always willing to go over your account with you and offer some insight on how to help you grow.

I'm getting a good feeling about 2025 and I/we look forward to tacking the year with you all.

Stocking Items for Success:

There are certain items that we just can't produce enough of due to demand and we're adapting, adding new machinery, hiring new people all of the time to keep up with that demand.

Having said that, if something is in such high demand, I would HOPE that you're ordering more than what you need to stay ahead of it. Some of our top shops will attest to the fact that there are things that you WILL sell if you have them in stock, so don't just order what you need for current repairs, stock up and HAVE what you need.

I know that many of you don't have the space or cash flow to bring in a ton of inventory, but once you slowly bring that inventory up, you're not at the mercy of our production team to make the sale and finish your repairs. The last thing you want is to promise a customer that you get Item A installed on XX date, but to find out we're backordered on something.

If you're stocking the basics, you're likely to make the sale... but don't forget to get that order in for re-stock!
