Hey Silver, here's how to get Gold!
We send out emails and make posts in the Installer Facebook Group about program levels and changes, but we also understand that you are bombarded with emails every day and that some things get missed, so I figured that I'd take a minute to expand on this "Level-Up" discount option that is available to all Silver level program installers.
The Level-Up option is available to those of you in the Silver level and is designed to give you Gold Level Pricing on suspension related orders over $3000 (MAP).
Example: You (silver level installer) put in an order for a Gamechanger 3.5" JK kit that has a configured price of $4114 (build prices vary). You'll see your Silver level pricing in the Jobber portal, however...
Once you add it to the shopping cart, the system will auto-magically apply an additional percentage to get you to a Gold Level price.
The applied extra discount is NOT an additional 10%, but rather the remainder of what you would have been discounted if you were a Gold Level Installer.
Hopefully that makes sense, but you're always welcome to reach out with questions.
Just remember that it won't apply the additional discount to items in the cart that are NOT suspension, as this is a suspension related program only.
If you're a Bronze Level Installer, then all you need to do is spend more than $5k and we'll move you into the silver level category.

SHIP TIMES
As promised, we have been building up inventory levels so that we can get orders out the door quicker. Our goal is to get suspension orders out the door in 48 hours or less on average. Over the past month or so, we've been able to meet that goal and are currently shipping orders in 1.33 days. That number will fluctuate, but we are committed to the 48hour goal in an attempt to get you product as quick as possible.
