February is here and Valentine's Day is this weekend. As a head's up, we will be doing our annual Valentine's Day Sale both Saturday and Sunday. Feel free to piggy-back on our marketing with similar offers, just don't violate MAP pricing. The sale will be a 10% off sitewide, excluding Rocksport Black shocks/stabilizers, Ballers.
We are quickly ramping up towards an extremely busy season of events and trail-time. Corey and Jessy with our CTI Tour are currently heading down through Nevada and Arizona for a few Jobber CTI Events, and then out to Moab as we roll into March. If you happen to see them at an event or on the road, give them a big Metalcloak thumbs-up. They tour the country 250+ days/year, providing CTI operations to Jeep owners as a FREE service!

Rocksport Black XD Pass-Thru Stabilizer!
We released these last week, but in case you missed it, this new pass-thru stabilizer is a game-changer AND it matches those amazing Rocksport Black shocks perfectly. We've been shipping them out like crazy over the past week and the feedback so far has been overwhelmingly positive.
I personally like the ease of adjustability, with no need to get down under the front of the Jeep with a flat-blade, as all you need to do is twist the end to stiffen or loosen it up. Made right here in Northern California!

6-Pak Black Shocks
Our popular 6-Pak shocks have undergone a major revamp. 5/8" GOLD Shafts, upgraded internals, CNC ends and more!
Who needs these? Customers who want to most amount of flex on the market! These will be live on the site very soon and we're looking forward to the "the buzz". Start pumping up your peoples!
Configured suspension kits will also have the new 6-Pak as an option as well. For those that still fun the OG Red 6-paks, don't worry, we'll still be able to service those moving forward as well.
NEW ARS CARGO RACK
On the Cargo side of the fence, (Adventure Rack Systems), we rolled out a new cargo option that has all kinds of functionality. This rack system is sold as a complete unit, but you can run just a few of the planks or all of them, whichever fits your needs. All built right here in our facility and ready to go!

Finally, just a quick note about some of the changes we've made over the past 6 months to help us serve YOU better.
We appreciate your feedback and we listened, in this case to MANY of you who had suggestions on how we can serve you better. It's always a work-in-progress, but we're getting closer and the growth of some of our Jobbers this past year is a sign that it's working.

Here are few of the things that we've done recently to strengthen our relationship with our Jobbers/Partners/Installers:
- Drastically increased inventory to meet your demands.
- Cut lead times 80% by maintaining higher stock levels.
- Implemented “Jobber-only” sales periodically throughout the year.
- We’ve cut back on retail sales events drastically, now primarily on weekends only.
- Actively monitoring and adjust pricing fairly with material costs.
- Proudly Made in the USA, by Americans —superior quality
- We concentrate on quality, durability, and performance—not price.
- We continually listen & make changes based on your feedback.
- We periodically run Retail Sales events, but it's primarily to keep our production team busy when work-orders slow down.
- We’ve added "level up" pricing tiers for increased margin on suspension orders.
