There's been some great discussion and feedback about the fact that we occasionally run retail sales to our DTC customers, and we understand that this can affect sales through you, the Jobber. Not only will we begin pulling back on the amount of retail sales events moving forward, but we are going to start rolling out some discounts and/or incentives to you folks periodically throughout the year... starting NOW!

Details:

Now through Friday (9/22-26) you will get an additional 10% off of your current level...

(i.e. Gold will now receive 45% off, Silver will get 35% off (or 45% off if your order qualifies for the standing Level Up discount) and Bronze level shops will get 25% off.*

The prices shown in the portal will be adjusted

to reflect these temporary discounts.

This is our first time rolling out a sale to the Jobbers and it's an opportunity for you to snatch up some extra margin, build a little inventory, promote some installs and spark a little business. We'd like to potentially offer up something like this a few times/year, and we will adjust and adapt depending on how it goes.

Fine print: We ask that you don't advertise below our MSRP online and we will not be running a retail sale in conjunction with this. However, you might consider advertising a combined special of "parts and labor" as a packaged install price as an alternative. This gives you some extra margin to play with if you need to work some magic with your walk-in customers, or just build up some inventory on hot-selling items.
