Hello ,
Hey everyone, a bunch of new parts have gone live this year on MetalCloak.com, so here's a quick recap and highlight on a few. There's something here for every rig that rolls into your shop: Jeep, Bronco, Tacoma and Grenadier. Below you'll find a quick rundown of each part, who it's for, and a line you can use with customers. Further down: this year's top sellers, a few blog posts worth sharing, and a Jobber spotlight.

Not a "BRAND NEW" offering, but this year we lowered prices considerably. In May 2024 MetalCloak acquired Carbon Offroad's axle product line, and the full lineup of Carbon axle shaft kits is now available directly through MetalCloak. The rear Dana 44 kits are 4140 chromoly, dual heat treated, and MetalCloak rates them over 80% stronger than stock. They come fully assembled with both shafts, bearings, seals, wheel studs and retainers, so it's a bolt-in job with no press work. The studs ship uninstalled so the customer can set up their own wheel bolt pattern. The front kits are 4340 chromoly, also dual heat treated (over 50% stronger than stock, per MetalCloak), with large Spicer U-joints already assembled: 5-760X on the Dana 30 and TJ Rubicon Dana 44 kits, 5-7166X (1350) on the JK and JL/JT Rubicon Dana 44 kits. The YJ/XJ and JL/JT Rubicon one-piece conversion kits include a block-off plate that replaces the vacuum-actuated disconnect fork housing, turning the CAD housing into a one-piece axle.
