LUMIX S1Rii is HERE!

Huge Announcement that happened today! LUMIX officially released the S1Rii and it has everything we want and more! From 8K, open gate 6.4K, 4K up to 120fps NO CROP! False colors, 32-bit float audio, Pro Res RAW, and really the list goes on and on! LUMIX S1Rii is a GAME Changer

Okay...I know that is kind of cringe to say, but seriously think about this...now with a proper flagship camera (that is technically the photo version of the camera). Let's start thinking bigger about what this means for the LUMIX S1ii, S1Hii, and just in general for the future of L Mount Full Frame from LUMIX. This is the "worst" it is ever gonna be again. If this is what the "photo" hybrid camera is, we can only imagine what is coming next!

Some Predictions...

Well the main two (for me) are the fact that the new Cropless Stabilization with Lumix L Mount lenses, is gonna get us closer and closer to hopefully internal ND's with LUMIX IBIS (best in the game 😎). The second prediction is now that we have this extremely BEST hybrid camera from LUMIX which in a sense replaces the S1H original body design. I guess that the S1Hii will end up being the Box Cinema Camera we have been waiting for. BUT unless LUMIX drops the S1 camera altogether, we will probably see the S1Hii in 2026.
