Now for something completely different

Hey ,
Learn how you can save even more time and answer your audience's most commonly asked questions.
Imagine no more repeating yourself, retyping, or copying and pasting.
Using Saved Replies in the Wix Inbox allows you to dramatically decrease the amount of time you spend answering common questions.
There are of course more advanced ways of doing just that… but this week, let's get you set up with a solution that only takes a few minutes.
Step 1: Let's collaborate and brainstorm for efficiency on what you might use this feature for. I'm going to ask you two questions and I want you to take notes of the answers.
What is one of the most common questions you are asked?
or
What is one of the most highly requested [things] from your audience?
Now, jot down the answer(s) in a brief, bulleted format in a note.
Step 2: Write out the full answer to these common requests, and do so in your own voice.
Use the note(s) you just completed in Step 1 to craft a personalized response to your audience.
Pro Tip: Be as brief as you can to make sure you get to the answer / solution as soon as you can.
Step 3: Enter this response in the Wix Inbox as a Saved Reply to. This action will help your audience get the information they need sooner, and it provides you with more time to do more of the things you love (or need) to do.

And, for those who enjoy written guidance, I've provided that for you below.
- Visit the Wix Inbox on the left side of your Wix Dashboard, by selecting Communications > Inbox or use Wix Universal Search to find it. Learn more about this feature here.
- Select a contact and choose "Saved Replies" from the bottom right compose window. If you don't have a contact already, start with composing a message to yourself (select "Compose" in the top right).
- Then, click "Create Saved Reply" and a new window will appear for you to type in and save your new reply.
- First, give it a name for easy searching later. Since you may create a number of these, naming each will be very helpful for you.
- Then, type the actual message you want to send to your audience.
- Once complete, click "Create," and your Saved Reply is ready for use.
- To use, hover over your new Saved Reply and select "Use This".
- Then, choose "Send Email" to reply with ease.
- ✅ That's it! You're done.
Note: At anytime, you can also edit or delete each Saved Reply, as well as add new ones.
Bonus Note: You can set up and use Saved Replies on the Wix Owner mobile app.
