I've got a Quick Tip to share with you, and it's called Quick Access in Wix.

I want to thank one of the readers here for suggesting that I talk about the helpful tools in the Wix Dashboard. You know who you are. 🤩

Ok… back to it.

You'll find the "Quick Access" button near the lower left of your Wix Dashboard (on Desktop), and it's customized just for your website (see an image from mine below).

Step 1:

Once you're on your dashboard, go ahead and click it.

Step 2:

✅ Done. The Quick Access menu pane will open up.

Now that you have Quick Access open, let's talk about some of the features that could be there for you.

There are 4 sections: Main, Manage, Marketing, and Finance.

In the Main section, you'll have speedy access to modify and view your actual website:

• Edit Site - and make that page beautiful
• View Live Site - to see what your audience sees

In the Manage section, you'll find access to some of your top performing Wix apps, such as:

• Add Contact - to your splendid subscriber list
• Set Appointment - on your calendar, sync with your personal calendar, and even invite a customer / client to the appointment
• Create Event - free events, RSVPs like a chess club meetup, or ticketed
• Write Blog Post - and share your stories with the world
• Create Task - in your Wix reminders list for that amazing new podcast
• Invite People - to collaborate with you on the site, and give them the right permissions

In the Marketing section, you'll find great suggestions for the best ways Wix has seen brands like yours generate awareness for your products or services:

• Send Email Campaign - like a Mailchimp newsletter, and engage your readers with a story about your or your brand
• Create Social Post - with stunning images and text to grow and entertain your audience, and immediately share it with them
• Create Promo Video - and Wix will pull in the product you sell plus any associated text to make one jaw-dropping vid
• Create Coupon - and reward your loyal customers

And finally, in the Finances section, you'll be provided with a couple of ways to manage your accounts or increase revenue:

• Create Invoice - to get paid on time
• Send Price Quote - to inform your client before they're ready to say yes.
