Hard to believe summer is coming to a close already. I published an update to the blog about my trip to Alaska to see Heliostar's Unga Project. You can see the latest post:
I also put some of my surf pictures from the Hurricane Larry swell that hit the east coast. Big fun. There's a cool photo of a big tarpon jumping out of the water next to me, while I'm surfing on a wave.
And I promise to put up a food post shortly. I got a new kitchen gadget as a gift...a Sous Vide. I'm learning how to use it now. The best thing I made so far is pickled vegetables.
