That’s not a coincidence.

Behind the scenes at LUX, we’re challenging ourselves to think and act bigger. I’ve been talking to our team about the difference between 2x growth and 10x growth. And trust me, they’re not the same.

2x growth is doing more. 10x growth is becoming more.

To go 10x, you can’t just add more to your plate. You’ve got to redesign the entire table. That means asking hard questions, cutting what no longer serves you, and having the courage to pursue something greater, even when it’s uncomfortable.

Right now, we’re stepping into that mindset.

Our advisors are showing up for more clients, new and existing. We’re investing in leadership. We’re teaching everything we know, because the people we serve (Black and underrepresented professionals) are no longer the exception. We are the new majority. And that comes with responsibility.

10x thinking isn’t for the faint of heart.
