ALSO a fair warning: this book has some slightly tougher subjects than my other series. It contains references to past deaths of a parent and young sibling by illness and/or accident. There is also a toxic relationship for one of the side characters and another side character struggling with alcohol abuse.
Thematically, this entire series is going to be a little more heart-wrenching than my other books, but there still is humor—because life is messy, but it’s also funny.
