Some of us are feeling "We're finally past November!". We are but not quite past the energies that came with it. Stay tuned for more on that.

November took us into what I'll call a death space (an overriding space of endings be they physical or not). Many people found themselves facing the ends of carriers, major relationships and all sorts of other BIG situations, experience, states of being, patterns and paradigms in their lives.

Facing death and endings is not necessarily easy, no matter what kind of ending it is. We can feel ready until it happens and existence taunts us with a smirky "Are you sure you want to let go of this?" Well I did find myself on death's doorstep in November... Am I out of the woods yet? Only so far as I've been able to let go of what I need to move beyond. And that's so for any ending.

The end of the holiday season is now here. The decorations are up everywhere in the streets. But for many people this is a very difficult time as they face loneliness, depression, obligation and guilt all connected to what should be the merriment of it. See my Instagram post for steps that can help getting through the 'holiday blues'.

A lot is coming to an end for me. I can feel the new in the primordial space of existence, forming. It is not yet time to be revealed.

For now, join me Wednesdays for Coming Into Being, for that space to put everything else aside and reconnect with yourself. This is the space to become more solid and full within yourself. This is key for all that we traverse in these times especially.
