Monday, at 8pm was the start of the AUTUMN 2023 edition of Ma Petite Planète !

You were more than 1130 leagues in the starting blocks and others will still answer earth's calling 🌍

That's right : it's possible to register until Wednesday, October 4th ! To sum up: if you have a friend, a colleague or a cousin who is hesitating, there is still time to recruit them in your league - send him this 2min video of last edition to motivate him/her ! 🤗

But be quick, because all MPP Players are once again ready to earn points : over 38 000 challenges achieved in a few hours ! 🚀

OUR ADVICE TO FULLY LIVE THE MPP EXPERIENCE

Our tips :

• Take a moment to read the list of challenges on the app ! (Pin them in "favorite" for those you wish to achieve short-term !)
• Use the "Filter" function on the "Challenges" tab of your app to tackle the "easy" ones first, just to get you started. Also check out the "long" challenges to make sure you don't miss out (especially the 3-week challenges!).
• Join the Facebook group "Ma Petite Planète - Les MPP Players" & don't hesitate to share with other MPP Players your most beautiful accomplishments !
• Learn the rules of the game (by clicking on "Autumn Edition 2023" on the app), to grasp all the subtleties of the MPP challenge and shine in your league.

Our reminders :

• You are responsible for your own points ! Once you've sent the proof of the challenge in your league's conversation, validate the challenge directly in the app :)
• Don't forget the MALUS challenges ! (no pressure, 95% of MPP Players will have some !)

BIG NEWS

Clarisse Cremer, sailor in the last Vendée Globe, is the godmother of this edition!

An outstanding sailor, Clarisse has the record for the best female performance in the history of the Vendée Globe race ⛵.

🌊 Clarisse fell in love with the ocean through her sailing adventures, which is why protecting biodiversity by preserving the oceans is a crucial issue for her 💙

So we chose her for her commitment, but also because it's important for MPP to reach a new audience, through sport/sailing!

MPP INTERNATIONAL

We are making an "international video". A video that will gather a number of accounts from MPP Players around the world !

We have MPP Players in Austria, China, Germany, Mexico, Netherlands, Canada, Spain, Italy...

Through this video we'll be able to show that the challenge is available in multiple languages, and therefore it can be played in every country, if you speak English, Spanish, German or Italian (more languages to come !).

MINOR BUGS

TIME LOAD OF THE POINTS ON THE APP

Following last monday's launch, there was more traffic than expected on the app (good news !!), which caused pages to take longer to load

This was linked to the live calculation of points and ranking, so for the time being, we've swithched off the live aspects to make browsing th app smoother. From now on, we'll be launching the calculation manually, with the aim of updating it very regularly.

WARNING: this means : When you validate a challenge, your challenge history, available in your profile, is updated live. BUT, your score and the league ranking will be updated every minute !

POTENTIAL BUG FOR NEW MPP PLAYERS

New MPP Players may encounter a bug on the league home page (greyed out page). All they have to do is wait a few moment and relaunch the app for it to work again.

We're sorry and we're working with the tech team to rectify the situation as quickly as possible :)

Anyway, you can achieve the challenges in real life ! :)
