Jun 01, 2022 4:24 pm

Hello hello,

We hope you are doing well!

We are back to give you some news about MPP and our beautiful planet 🌍

The nice days are coming and the new public edition is launched! 🌞 It's not too late, you have until June 8th to join us on the app (different from MPP School, available on smartphone and on the web), and motivate your friends. There are already nearly 8,000 of us playing and acting together for the planet 💪

Let's keep our good eco-reflexes in this beginning of summer, which is likely to be hot: home air conditioning with a wet sheet on an open window, good ventilation... According to Météo France, "the months of May, June and July will be 50% hotter than the normal season". Remember to hydrate while preserving water, which is such a precious resource! 💦

7 days to go until the launch of the English special school edition 🇬🇧

The special English school edition with the association Planet Fraternity is just around the corner and starts on 7 June! If you want to join, you can fill in this form and we will contact you afterwards!

Challenge of the month: The No Plastic Challenge

In this beautiful month of June☀️ we wanted to highlight an initiative proposed by our brand new partner which is the association No Plastic In My Sea.

It is the #NoPlasticChallenge: 15 days of mobilization 💪 to reduce its consumption of single-use plastic. The aim is to fight against plastic pollution, a consequence of the overproduction of this material, which is non-biodegradable and composed of chemical additives.

The association also provides many resources on its website in French, including educational kits that you can use to raise awareness among your students about the challenges of plastic pollution. This will make your students more aware of their use of plastic (available only in French)!

The good green news 🌱

The startup Marine Tech has developed an innovative solution for the autonomous production of drinking water from sea water. To do so, the system uses 100% renewable energy and can produce between 10 and 20 liters of water per day. This device has been implemented in schools in Madagascar!

Save the date 🌍

June 5th is World Environment Day! Don't hesitate to do a good deed for the planet, it will thank you!

See you soon!

The green kiss 💚
