A Shave Brush Snob Gets His Mind Blown

I recently got some items from Sharpologist sponsor Antica Barberia and the brush they included has challenged my views on boar hair brushes.

I was gobsmacked. I’ve tried the cheap drug store “natural fiber” shave brushes, the “Pro” boar brushes, and even the “owner’s club” boar brushes. But this boar hair shave brush was unlike any other boar brush I had used.

Nose & Ear Hair Trimmers

As an older man I’ve discovered that hair may not be growing as vigorously as I want in some areas, and growing where I don’t want it in others. Having facial hair is the norm, but stubbly, unruly nose hairs and ear hairs are another story.

I found it was time to invest in a good trimmer.

I just spent the past year (and over US $150) trying different ear/nose/brow trimmers.
