Mama Bears Newsletter & Important Information

Hello Mama and Papa Bears,
For those of you who are new to our newsletter - welcome! We want to thank you for your support and for joining this fight with us. In light of having some new followers, we would also like to reiterate that our newsletters are no longer monthly, but simply when we have important information we would like to share with our families.
With this being said, Mama Bears would like to recognize and honour the virtuous work that Charlie Kirk truly did. His cause and focus on getting people to have honest and open discourse is something that we can all learn from. Not only did he listen to and educate our youth through discussion and example, but his words deeply aligned with Mama Bears values, kindness, education and transparency. Charlie may no longer be with us, but his message has been heard loud and clear, and has not quieted down since his life has been unjustly taken from him. It has only gotten louder. It will continue to be up to people like us to carry on with his mission in boldly speaking truth to a world that calls evil good, and good evil. Our prayers go out to Erika Kirk and their beautiful children.
As school has returned, we wanted to ensure your awareness on some of the potential dangers lurking at your child’s school, as well as reiterate the need for you to be involved on a daily basis.

A Wake Up Call for Parents
When you send your child to school, you expect educators to teach reading, math, history and character. You do not expect them to cheer when someone is killed, or show violent videos to ten-year-olds with commentary that says the dead man "deserved" it. Yet right now, parents across America (and in Canada) are seeing exactly this. And this should terrify parents.
Though it is a tough read, we encourage you to read some of the shocking stories of some of the depraved adults entrusted in teaching our children and what they have had to say on such matters at the link below. We share this as a reminder to please visit our website for tips on keeping your child safe at school.

Attention to Parents in Ontario or New Brunswick
For those that have children in school in either Ontario or New Brunswick, we remind you that vaccines are NOT mandatory to attend school or daycare. Please file the exemption forms on our website at the following link:

If you are in Ontario and object to filing an exemption, we suggest you join and follow ISPA Information Ontario on facebook. They are pushing back against the requirement to submit private medical information, and you can find valuable information directly from them.

Ontario Parents’ Rights Regarding Last Year's Directive
Last year, Ontario introduced a directive released by the Ontario Education Ministry with respect to guest speakers and their planned activities in schools. Under the directive, schools will need to notify parents about events and activities with guest speakers or performances at least 14 calendar days before the activity.
There have been many disturbing reports of inappropriate material being shared with students from outside groups. We encourage you send the notice to your child’s school to, (1) let the principal know you are aware of the directive and (2) ensure that you can ask any questions in regards to the material that is to be shared before the activity.

Have you heard about all the sexually graphic books that are in our schools?
Are you wondering if any of them are in your child’s school? If you are in Canada, please visit https://stopsogi.ca to access this absolutely crucial information. If you are aware of any similar resources for other countries, we would appreciate you letting us know so that we can share with others.
Alberta is currently the only province removing these books from school libraries. President Trump is making headway in doing the same in the USA, but parents must be diligent and monitor all activities at their child’s school.
