It's cold out- warm yr heart with a tattoo this February

Hey all,

I hope everyone had a sweet New Year surrounded by loved ones, good movies, good snacks, animals to cuddle...NYE we did a little living-room karaoke with a few friends, which as it often does, started with 4 non blondes and Weezer, segued into early 90s hits and ended with Matty singing the Rainbow Connection in a Kermit voice. You know how it goes.

2026's work started with back-to-back tiger tattoos, good folks, good conversations as always. I still get asked every once in a while what my favorite things to tattoo are, and although everything seems to fit decently under the "organic" umbrella, I'll try real hard to be more specific. Some things I'd love to do more of this year:

Pharoah's horses (see below-I have a backpiece drawn out and I'd love to find a taker)

Long-stemmed roses

Any spiky flowers

Animals, especially

Big cats (tigers, bobcats, lions, etc)

Any long-stemmed flower

Mums/peonies/poppies

Kewpies

Lady heads

Dragons

barbed wire around anything

Cute stuff

Quilt inspiration

Victorian-inspired stuff, hands holding envelopes etc

Mystical inspiration (Tarot, Kabbalah)

oh gosh...really anything else.

I have a fair amount of new drawings in my line drawing books, and you're always welcome to set up a time to come flip through. Of course I'm always open to customs too.

MERCH: I still have some of these sets for sale at the shop for $14, and we have plenty of shirts to choose from (made by Justin, James, and me). A few of James's Curio hats are still left too.

Thanks as always for reading this and for your support!

Yours,

Amy
