Luma Labs launched Dream Machine, and here's a hands-on video showing you how to use it to animate your renders.

Dream Machine is an AI model that creates high-quality, realistic 5-second video clips from text and image prompts. Unlike the eagerly awaited Sora from OpenAI, Dream Machine is already available to the public.

The tool is available with a free plan offering 30 video generations, and a paid tier allowing for 2,000 outputs per month.

Why it matters: While everyone waits for OpenAI’s Sora, Dream Machine is already showcasing impressive AI video capabilities, setting a high bar for the competition.
