Prayer Request

Next Steps: Can you pray for Doreen as she ponders some next steps? Doreen would like to open a small skills center in a village called Kayunga, where witchcraft is rampant, many teens are pregnant, and abuse of all kinds is the norm. Most of all, she wants to increase the presence of Jesus, and His Good News, in this difficult place. But Doreen also sees a deep need for an emergency shelter in the capitol city of Kampala, which would allow girls to be rescued more quickly from immediate danger. Many girls are trafficked to Kampala by liars and these girls just want to go home. They don’t need a long-term placement, just an immediate safe place and a way to return to family. Our biggest roadblock for both is funding. Even more importantly, we only want to proceed if the Lord is leading. So your prayers are greatly appreciated.
