We FINALLY have an update on B!! If you’ll recall, B’s abuser was bribing judges to avoid the justice he deserved. After realizing Lupins couldn’t win the case alone, Doreen set up an appointment with International Justice Mission (IJM), a large organization with more influence. But, before the IJM meeting occurred, Doreen got word that B’s accuser had entered into a plea bargain and had been sentenced to at least 10 years in jail (we don’t know why he changed his tune, but we do know that God answers prayers!). This means B will not have to testify and relive her trauma! Thank you, God, for working in mysterious ways.

More good news- thanks to your very generous gifts, 40 local families, and 63 of our girls, received food distributions for Christmas. Click here to watch the video of the girls’ Christmas party and see some of the food distributions.

Prayer Requests:

1. Pray for the girls who will be attending school in just a couple weeks. We have 13 additional girls beginning school this semester, bringing the total to 50 girls currently enrolled! Pray that the girls will put forth their best effort, and be filled with gratitude and mental strength.
2. Pray that we will gain the needed funding for 3 main things:
3. The girls’ school tuition fees ($40/girl/month)
4. A salary for Doreen ($1000/month)
5. The balance of the property ($23,000)
