Hi everyone!
A little over a year ago, Virginie from Un Amour de Laine suggested I join her project to create a pattern whose profits would be donated to an association fighting against sexual assault and harassment. Given that there's strength in numbers, and that this cause is particularly close to my heart, I immediately accepted her proposal and we each worked on an exclusive model.
For my part, I wanted to create a garment that made me feel strong, like a suit of armor to be worn every day: the Vev top was born! This American-neck top is knitted in Sandnes Garn's Tynn Line and is embellished with strips of textured pattern and beautiful embroidery by Lea LG.
For her part, Virginie - the woman behind the project - was keen to create a comforting, light, soft, and cheerful garment that makes you want to feel good. This feminine V-neck button-down tee features embroidered floral motifs designed by Léa. It is also knitted in Tynn Line from Sandnes Garn.
Lili Comme Tout, who was our partner on this project, is offering kits to knit our two patterns, including the pattern of your choice, the yarn to knit this pattern, and a set of exclusive markers created by Virginie. Please note that quantities of markers are very limited.

The charity that will receive all profits from our pattern sales is DBSP STOP AU SEXISME, which fights daily against sexist and sexual harassment in public spaces. It's a public-interest association for everyone, working daily for the well-being of the population, and for fairness and gender equality.
