I was speaking with a billionaire last week.

I paid him a visit last week in his office in one of the commercial area of the country's capital.

And we started discussing about business (as his banker).

While we were talking about business opportunities, he told me about a new business he is starting this year before the end of the 2nd quarter of the year.

In another industry, entirely!!!

I was surprised because I did not expect that he could launch into a business like that.

As I began to think about the reasons why he'd choose to go into another business (while still fully involved in his existing business)...
