Whether you’re an overthinker, overdoer, or overly empathetic, this program is designed for you.
We’ll take small steps so you don’t get overwhelmed with new information. I’ll also help you incorporate tiny practices into your current day so it doesn’t feel like another thing added to your (already full) plate.
If you love to know the “why” behind why it works, I’ll share a bit of brain science. If you simply want to feel more grounded and spacious in your own life, we’ll cover that, too.

Lucy’s Story
Lucy (not her real name) is a previous client. She thought she was managing the stresses of her life well despite a very full plate. Besides her family and her career, she was also the primary caretaker for her demanding father-in-law.
She knew she was at the breaking point when her cat jumped on the counter as she prepared a meal and she “lost it.” “I yelled at the cat—which only made him scramble more. Food and dishes went everywhere with several broken plates on the floor. I realized how resentful I was toward everyone—even though I have a pretty good life. I knew something had to change.”
