Holding the Tender Middle đź’™
Jan 20, 2026 2:01 pm
Hello ,
This week sits in a tender place.
We’ve just moved through the New Moon in Capricorn, planting grounded, long-term intentions. But intentions don’t instantly feel clear or energizing. They settle first. They ask to be integrated.
This is the part of the process we often rush past.
January 19 is sometimes called Blue Monday, a day associated with emotional heaviness. I prefer to see it as an invitation to normalize tenderness. Emotional dips don’t mean you’re off track. They often mean something meaningful is integrating.
Aquarius season begins January 20 and lasts until February 18, shifting the energy from personal responsibility to collective support, connection, and shared humanity. We’re reminded that we’re not meant to carry everything alone. Healing thrives in connection, honesty, and shared support.
💙 This Week’s Focus
• Emotional honesty without self-judgment
• Nervous system support over self-improvement
• Boundaries as a form of self-trust
• Allowing yourself to receive support
✨ Free Class Invitation
This week I’m offering a free class called Boundaries as Nervous System Care, created especially for empaths, healers, and sensitive souls.
We’ll explore why boundaries can feel difficult in the body and how to create them in ways that feel safe, compassionate, and sustainable.
✨ This Week’s Reflection:
What would shift if you allowed support instead of pushing through?
✨ Affirm:
I am allowed to feel and still be moving forward
Be gentle with yourself this week.
This is where real integration happens.
With care,
Christine đź’™
