Hi there 

A little while back I sent you an email about the launch of the Pilliga Ultra – a new trail running event to raise awareness and funds to protect the beautiful Pilliga Forest in North West NSW from coal seam gas mining.

Well, I have even more exciting news!

Not only are registrations open for 20km & 50km courses but we have launched a new 5km course which takes place on the same day - Saturday 22 May 2021. 

Plus, the following day, on Sunday 23 May we will host our first For Wild Places 1km race for kids - I am beyond excited about this! We've received a lot of feedback that runners would love their children to take part in a run.  

Beyond a unique trail running experience, the Pilliga Ultra is an important opportunity to make your voice heard and show that the future of this forest is worth more standing tall and free than depleted and extracted. 

I really hope that you can join us at the event, as it is shaping up to be a great one!
