• Section 21 is going,
• fixed-term tenancies are being abolished, and
• there are new rules around rent increases and possession grounds.

The second edition covers all of that, plus everything I've learned and updated my thinking on since the first edition came out.

It's essentially a rewrite of the sections that needed it, not just a tweak here and there.
