I'll be combining our Campaign Launch and Team Recognition with our weekly roundup of what we've shared into a single email each week. My hope is that while this will result in longer emails, it will make it easy for you to manage the information by having fewer updates in your inbox. Training Tuesday ~ Ways to Search for an Avon Product on Avon.com
Did you know there are three ways in which you can search for a product on Avon.com?
Sometimes a product that doesn't show up using one method can be found using a different method.
SEARCH FEATURE - In the Upper right-hand corner there is a magnifying lens - click on this to bring up the search feature for a product you are looking for. To get the maximum options returned - try a few words of the item you are looking for, adding more words to narrow down the results if you get too many.
SHOP BY PRODUCT - Click on the Shop by Product option located at the top of the page to bring up a Shop by Product screen where you can enter EITHER the product number or name. This is my favorite way if I'm ordering several products for a single customer, especially if I have the product numbers.
SHOP BY CATEGORY - You can use the SHOP option on the top banner (Shop All on mobile) and then choose the Category you are looking to shop from. This is where you want to go if you want to use the many options for filtering your results to narrow down the selection. This is also the best way if you're wanting to find all that we have to offer in a particular category.
