DON’T BUY THESE BOOKS!
The Press Pass Mysteries got new titles and covers to fit the cozy mystery genre better, so you might have already read them. Of course, if you haven’t read them, check them out! They are twisty, fun, and fast-paced. And, as always, clean!! Check them out HERE!
A while back, I asked what you guys wanted in a newsletter and a lot of you said ‘more personal stuff’. So...here’s a bit, complete with a pic of my kid in a medieval cloak standing by solar panels. Yeah, that’s our life.
The last days of summer are playing out here in the U.S. and that means temperatures drop and leaves fall and such. For my family, that doesn’t mean back to school and pumpkin spice. It means getting firewood ready for winter, making sure the solar panels are at the right angle, and that the tractor is all set to plow us out from under the snow.
We live off-grid in the mountains of North Idaho. We ‘unschool’ our last teen left at home and we’re on 100% solar power (unless it’s dark and dreary for a week or so and we need to use the generator to charge the batteries).
We’re about an hour from a city and I try to consolidate trips to once a month, maybe twice. That leaves me with a lot of time to write. Theoretically.
I get distracted by other authors’ books so easily. I don’t consider that a bad thing unless I have a deadline looming...tomorrow. My digital ‘To Be Read’ pile is crazy.
I’m excited to cozy up and read these in the coming months. Some of them are FREE today, so snag them while you can!
And if you haven’t had a chance to try out Kindle Unlimited, this might be the perfect time to do the free trial and binge read all month for FREE! Check it out HERE!
