Just a couple of days ago, we looked out to see at first one, then three, robins hopping upon the branches of a maple tree by our home. We often delight at the first sign of Spring when the warm-loving birds return to dig into the ground for worms, the buds begin to sprout out, and we witness the Earth comes back to life.
We have been wanting to create regular conversations with our community and our members for some time now, though as you probably have noticed there is so much integration that happens within the time of hibernation and rest that we are invited to bask in during Winter. And sometimes the best thing we can do is ...pause.
So here we are, inviting you now to join us for our first Live Q&A. This one will be open to our global community, so feel free to share this event with anyone who'd like to join.
We'll address some of the questions that you've sent in, as well as look onto the group chat to see what you're asking during the live event. Topics will include:

- Practical ways that we incorporate the healing and grounding benefits of nature.
- And some of the key awarenesses that we have recently started to pay attention to in regards to their effects on our overall state of wellness.
