I want to start by saying thank you to everyone who joined us in our first session of Spirituality 101.
As a mini homework assignment, to usher in even greater clarity and awareness, I would ask that you take a pen and paper, and write down any negative or limiting thoughts that you've been dealing with, and that have been repetitive or keeping you stuck.
After you've written them down,. I want you, through present moment awareness, to look at the thoughts and ask yourselves the following questions:
Is this true?
Is this the past trying to repeat itself?
Is this a thought about the future trying to dictate what will be for me?
Is this empowering?
Then write down your insights and your answers, and if you wish, you can bring them up at the next session.
