I am very excited for our first lesson, Spiritual Foundations-Understanding our Human Conditioning which will start promptly at 10am PT (1pm ET) today, Sunday 24th!

We will begin the class with a short introduction and some basic house cleaning and then jump right into the content.

Have your questions ready or let them arise spontaneously throughout the class.
