In our 6th year of the Inspire Health Podcast, this platform remains a cherished classroom, offering valuable insights and discussions for our community. As you may already be aware, since 2023, we have been transitioning all of our offerings into the private sector under our Inspire Life - Private Member Association.
We want to share more details of this shift with you, and explain why we have chosen to make this change.
All offerings, including integrative health consultations, new podcast episodes, online courses, in-person retreats and day-spas will be available to members.
In order for our platform to be set up as a lawful Private Member Association, we needed to have a minimum donation for members to join. We have set that minimum amount to $1 for lifetime access into our association, though you are welcome to donate whatever amount you choose.
Once a member, you will then have access to our website homepage which notes all our offerings under this one umbrella:
New Podcast Episodes
- To help sustain our podcast platform, we are asking for a donation of $11/month* to receive access to new podcast episodes.
- As always, these episodes will be advertisement-free.
- As an added bonus for our members, one of the monthly episodes will feature Téa and Jason, where we respond to questions that you have sent in that month.
- *Note: you can cancel your podcast membership at anytime.
Integrative Health Consultations (virtual as well as in-person)
- You can book the virtual appointment directly from the website.
- We are happy to announce that in-person appts are now available once again! You will be able to email us directly from the website to set up your appointment.

- We are excited to announce that we have scheduled a Family & Friends Retreat held at the beautiful Healing Oasis in Vernon, British Columbia for April 20-27th this year. More details to be announced soon!
For educational purposes, we will link to the episode we recorded on PMAs for you below. And we will also be airing an episode elaborating on PMAs and discussing how we can live in the world with more freedom later this month, so stay tuned for that episode as well!
