Unfortunately, we have only received about half of the questionnaires from the study participants so far. If you completed a pre-study questionnaire please take a few moments to complete the post-study questionnaire. Even if you were not able to finish the 30 days or if you only participated a little bit, your feedback is greatly appreciated and necessary as we gather more information moving forward.
