Hi,

Since playing in a barn dance group many years back, I swore never to play in a barn again... But this Halloween party went with a swing, with Irish traditional music and plenty of green and orange goodies to make the ghoulish children hyperactive, which is fine as these days we hand them back to their parents when things go jelly-up.

AUTHORLY NEWS

The second book in my Bookouture women's fiction series is finished to first draft. Meeting the deadline was a challenge, but I managed it, right to the last weepy sentence. I await editorial comments with bated breath. Now I need to get my head around the third (and possibly final) outline. Whether I get to write more for Bookouture will depend on sales and reviews, so I will be putting out a neat begging letter in February, when the first in this series will be available on pre-order. Frustratingly, I still haven't seen the cover.

The new covers for the 'Suffer the Little Children' series are now complete, and I am getting on with writing the fourth book in series, which will be on pre-order soon. In book three, Deirdre cut the head off the snake - or so she thought...
