Hi,
I really know the 'visitor' season is here when our regular music sessions start up. Below, we are playing at the market square in Dunmanway.
Update on Irish Wreck Renovations
Last month my story was about the kitchen we used when we first arrived in our Irish wreck. This, and all past stories, are accessible via the storyboard tab of my website. This month's story is the new kitchen we recently completed in the lean-to built onto the back of the property, a somewhat different environment!

AUTHORLY NEWS
I have signed the contract with Bookouture! We had a three day visit to London to see my family, and spent some time at the rooftop café of the Hatchette book group. There will be a big splash about me and my books (women's fiction) at some stage, which I'll share with a link. It's amazing to be part of a mainstream book group, who will handle absolutely everything! It was a beautiful day, and London was spread out below us. We then took a boat ride down the Thames to Greenwich, and got soaked when the boat did a sharp manoeuvre to the dock. There we dried out in the sun with a pizza and beer, in sight of the historic ship, the Cutty Sark, before heading away. All three books will be published in 2024, the first in April, and I have a strict schedule to meet, but I still aim to finish the fourth book in the 'Suffer the Little Children' series by the end of this year.

As always, if you review one of my books online (preferably on Amazon), and send me a link to the review, I'll let you have another e-book free! But do make sure to tell me which book you would like to review. My compilation Death of a Dream is now a free download from my website.

I don't have time to read every book that comes via a book funnel, or a 'swap' promotion with another author, so if you get a sample, a badly written book, or anything else that you find irritating, let the author know, by way of a review; don't shoot the messenger!
Even if you choose not to take any of the books from the offers, do please click on some links - it would help my 'share' statistics. I have been refused entry to some promotions as my share rate isn't high enough; book funnels are dominated by some very aggressive authors. I admit to being a social mediaphobe and live in the hope that writing quality beats the ability to bludgeon my way into readers' kindles.
Happy Reading
You have probably received this newsletter because you have accepted one of my books from a promotion. I do hope you wish to continue to follow both my publishing journey, and my storyboards of life here in Ireland, but if not, there is an unsubscribe button below.
