Our Core Programs

1. Financial Literacy Workshops

Our interactive workshops are designed to make financial education simple, engaging, and actionable. We cover essential topics like:

• Accessing down payment assistance and grant programs
• Investing basics and pathways to generational wealth

These sessions help both youth and adults gain the tools to take control of their financial futures.

2. Homeownership Pathways

We guide individuals and families through every step of the homebuying process, offering resources and strategies that make ownership accessible and sustainable. Our programs include:

• First-time homebuyer seminars with live Q&A sessions
• Step-by-step guidance on pre-approvals, mortgages, and closing
• Partnerships with lenders, grant programs, and local agencies to unlock financial support
• Training on converting single-family homes into multifamily investments to create passive income

3. Youth Empowerment & Education

We believe financial literacy should start early. Through our Keys to the Future Youth Initiative, we:

• Introduce teens to the basics of money management and investing
• Host youth-focused events like Teen Financial Literacy Days
• Connect students with mentors in real estate, business, and finance
• Provide opportunities to explore entrepreneurship and career-building pathways

4. Community Engagement & Events

We host high-impact events that bring communities together and provide direct access to resources:

• Real Estate & Entrepreneur Networking Events — connecting professionals, lenders, developers, and investors
• KEE’s to the Future Community Day — a block-party-style event featuring financial literacy sessions, kids’ activities, resources, and entertainment
• Annual Real Estate Expo & Financial Literacy Summit — providing grants, on-site pre-approvals, and wealth-building strategies to thousands of attendees

Our Impact

Through collaboration and community partnerships, the KEE Path Foundation has:

• Educated 3,500+ attendees through our 2025 Real Estate Expo
• Provided hundreds of families with access to pre-approvals, grants, and homeownership resources
• Hosted youth empowerment programs that introduced financial literacy to dozens of students across NYC
• Partnered with local leaders, lenders, and organizations to make homeownership and wealth-building accessible for all
