I know we have been sent messages that emotions and feelings are bad. And we have been taught to numb our feelings, suck it up and just deal.

And yet your feelings are absolutely normal and natural. In fact they help you navigate what we call life. It is important to reconnect with your emotions and feel them in your body because that is how you also grow your intuition.

This Emotional Mindfulness session is an 1 hour embodiment of emotional intelligence. Chulu will guide you through processing both good and negative emotions you have that are both conscious and subconscious.
