What is Rob & Rob AI?

Rob AI is a chatbot designed to share property investment insights and answer questions in my style and voice. It's been trained on my content, books, and podcast episodes to provide helpful, practical advice about property investing.

How to test it

1. Visit: propertyhub.net/ai to access the chatbot
2. Chat naturally: Ask questions you'd genuinely like answers to about property investment
3. But also challenge it: Try different question types to see how it handles various scenarios
4. Mix things up: Try multiple different types of questions

Testing suggestions

For the most valuable feedback, try questions like:

• Basic property investment concepts ("What's an HMO?")
• Investment strategy questions ("Should I focus on capital growth or yield?")
• Market-related queries ("Is it a good time to invest in Manchester?")
• Legal/tax questions (Note: It should clarify that it can't give specific regulated advice)
• Personal experience questions ("What was your first property like?")
