Do you ever look back and think, “Me and my bright ideas?” Well today was one of those days. When we first arrived in Florida I washed all of the windows that don’t have screens and can be reached from the outside. Unfortunately, the living room windows were not one of those. I hated looking through the dirty windows and asked Jim to help this morning.
They are hurricane windows and very heavy, not to mention the windows are extremely wide. It takes two people to release both buttons and lift them. Jim and I struggled to get the bottom window lifted, but were finally successfully and tilted it inward. I washed it and we pulled the top window down. Except it didn’t just pull down—it slammed down, wedging my right hand in the crack!

- Registrations are open to new vendors and the event is about half full already. If you register and pay the fee by May 1st you will receive a $5 discount per booth.
- You can submit your application at Vendor Registration. Both indoor and outdoor booths are available this year.
- Chef's Cruizin Delight will be available all day for breakfast, brunch, lunch or afternoon snacks. They food is delicious, so stop by and check them out!

- Scioto Paint Parties will be returning again this year with two time slots to paint a canvas. Watch for updates on cost and to signup for a class on the Vendor List.

On the Home Front...
- Enjoying some sunshine in Florida when I'm not hurting myself washing windows.
- Writing stories for a family project, "Oh Good Gravy: A Heritage of Perseverance, Faith, Love, and Laughter with the help of my siblings and a few others. (Oh Good Gravy was a phrase Dad used for everything in life.)
- Continuing to help Mary Rogers put the final touches on her upcoming devotional, God's Magnificent Creatures.
