The last two days have been a whirlwind! Immersing myself in the National Entrepreneurs Convention in Birmingham has been invigorating.

It's been a powerful reminder that who you spend time with truly matters.

Taking a break from the day-to-day to focus on my own growth and development has been invaluable.

It's given me the space to reflect on how we, as a team, can best help you achieve your dreams.

Being surrounded by passionate entrepreneurs has reignited my own fire, and I didn't even realise it needed reigniting!

It's also reinforced my belief that I have one of the most fulfilling jobs in the world.

I get to help founders unlock their full potential, serve more people, and make a real impact.

It's incredibly rewarding!

This week alone, while at the Convention, my team and I have helped two fantastic companies hire people who will significantly propel their business forward.

This week at the Convention has been electrifying! Whilst soaking up the inspiration, my team and I have already had the privilege of helping two incredible businesses find the perfect people to supercharge their growth 🚀.

One IT support company's MD is reclaiming a whopping 12 hours a week by bringing on a seasoned IT project manager.

Their five-year plan started as a document, and we love making it a reality with this strategic hire.

Then there's the fearless MD taking on the giants in her industry with the most intelligent, eco-conscious product out there.

She's just hired a full-time Strategic Support Specialist based in South Africa, which will free her to focus on what she does best: forging a path to commercial success.

Get ready for 2025 because this company is about to make waves! 🌊

The Convention has also shown me that we're on the right track.

Our focus on helping you build aligned, high-performing teams is critical to your success.
