I have figured out that there is a problem with the back-end coding communication between platforms, which is why it says it doesn't recognize your email address. I have emailed and heard back from customer service, and they are doing what they can to re-connect this group.

This platform works smoothly 99% of the time, and I am so sorry that you got caught in this little blip that isn't working!

The connection should be working correctly within the next day or so. To make it up to you, I will send you an extra bonus story as well! Meanwhile, there's some other fun little goodies in the welcome sequence.... and some cute puppies.
