Canva class starts this week

May 01, 2023 3:01 pm

Hi ,

I looked through your reason for registering for this program as I did others, and I have taken the past few days to distill the fundamental information you will need to create simple but lovely designs. I have taught design for a few years and have a lot of experience with brand identity design, product design(UIUX), presentation design, e-books design, and lots more (Let me stop here before I am tempted to drop a 100 page CV). I write all this to say that you are in good hands.

The idea to teach Canva started because some of my friends had reached out at different times to ask if I could help them with Canva. I was just going to do it with just them, but then I realized it might take almost the same amount of time & energy to teach a hundred. That is why I opened this up to more persons, plus the marketing part of me could not resist the opportunity to drive awareness to the beautiful work happening in Sheda House. (Do well to check out see what Sheda House is).

Oh so, back to Canva,

Canva is a powerful tool. In fact, in 2018, many designers thought it was coming after the jobs of designers. Well, it kinda has that is why many graphics designers still fight it. But Canva is here to stay and that is why you should learn it now.

Congratulations , on registering for this. I look forward to see you in these sessions.
