Hi Costa Rican Food Lovers!

I wanted to pop in and say hello, Happy November!

I haven't written in awhile as I've been busy creating content for the Costa Rican holidays and working on an amazing set of gift boxes for the holidays (more on that in a second.)

I've just gotten word that Christmas winds are coming through Costa Rica, so it's time to make tamales and egg nog. I've got the recipes for those right here:
