Pura vida!

Thank you all for your support yesterday as I shared my next big project! I am so excited about the Costa Rican Food Boxes, and I wanted to share some behind-the-scenes preparations with you so can share in my joy! Here's what I did:

1. Purchased 1100 pounds of Costa Rican food and had it shipped to Colorado
2. Rented a huge truck and brought all the food from the distribution center to my house
3. Unloaded everything by hand
4. Stored it in my garage to get ready to loving hand pack every box I send out!

You know if I'm going to all this trouble to bring these Food Boxes to you they have to be good! Remember- Monday is the drop and I only made 100.

Some of your wrote to say you are not on Facebook to join the Costa Rica Food Lover's Group, but wanted early access to the products. I got you!
