Life Changes

Hello my lovely!
I always find January brings a time for reflection and this year has been no different. Over the last 13 months, life has changed for me, and subsequently, so has my business.
Only this morning, I had a conversation with one of my power pocketers about how her life situation has changed and how her business may need to change to accommodate this.
I’m not about pushing harder to make things fit…. I’m about stepping back and seeing what needs to change to mold itself around my life, not the other way round.
From an external point of view, people may see it as ‘chopping and changing’ what I do, but from a decision-making perspective, I consciously make decisions that work for me and my life situation.
In October, I decided to get myself a studio, a space, a creative portal, where I can be at my best, doing what I love and giving MYSELF what my heart needed. I need JOY. I needed to remind myself what I started my business for in the first place.
I remember in 2014 sitting in a group coaching setting, feeling completely bereft and empty after leaving my first career. The void was incredible. Painful. Coaching slowly breathed life back into me, and I went from being completely burnt out to prioritising my own mental health.
My life literally depended on it.
When life changes, as it has since January 2025, I remember what my life depends on. It isn’t the next workshop, the next mastermind, or the next guru giving me the ‘shoulds’; it depends on listening to my why. My heart.
I started my business to help those who considered themselves broken, as I did, the people who give so much to others and yet have the fragility of a leaf that has been trodden on, cycled over, and that has felt the power of being stomped on.
Over the last year, I have given myself what I needed again and it has brought me back to creativity, to solving people's problems in creative ways, including spotlight profiling, creative workshops, and working with sand.
The same coaching, the same focus, the same intensity of transformation, just wrapped in a gentler way that works WITH my life and not against it. My focus is on JOY, and with that JOY comes CHOICE.
Today I choose myself, and I am hoping that by reading this, you CHOOSE you too.
If this new way of talking, walking, and working no longer appeals to you, please feel free to unsubscribe. If it does, I would LOVE to have 30 minutes of your time to remind you that you matter.
Feel free to book in my diary below, and let’s CHOOSE to make connections rather than sit on the outskirts of life.

Until then, take good care of yourself and maybe take 5 mins to go and find yourself a leaf to remind yourself just how precious you are!
