As you read this, I am legging it to Wales for a week to regroup, refocus, and revive myself ready for a strong finish in December.

Every year I take myself away for a period of reflection, what is working, what isn't, and what I want to do differently next time.

No grand plans, just small tweaks to make things better, bring more joy, and see what parts of my business fit in my current circumstances of being my Mum-in-laws partner in crime in navigating life without her husband of 54 years.

My weeks now involve taking her to my studio, volunteering on Fridays at Friendly Fridays, Meet up coffee mornings and Sunday afternoon games at the place she is living.

As you can imagine, POWER POCKETS and FUSION have kept me functioning, coaching and keeping in touch with my business and I appreciate YOU ALL for being part of my new life.

That said, things will be changing but all for the better, to add value to this fabulous community. Fusion will be a monthly membership of £33pm from January and if you are not on the lifetime plan, do get in touch so we can get you on that for £198 or £16.50pm for 12 months.

We will still have the following 3 sessions but I will be adding in some lovely little extras based on feedback from the people who are in both PP and Fusion. I will tell you more when I return, refreshed, invigorated and rested.
