Dear Parent, Here's a Tip to Help You SPRING and Flourish.
Apr 03, 2024 6:18 am
The end of March is usually joyful boisterous and full of activities for my family and me, and this is because my birthday is in the last week and it comes barely eight days after my husband's.
The days that follow are usually a time of reflection and charge for me as I step into the second quarter of the year.
Here's what I do ;
π I take a photo of my previous 'wheel of life' ( a tool that helps you see where you are in different areas of your life - e.g. career/business, personal development, family, etc) I always create one at the beginning of the year.
π After the photo is taken , I erase that one ( I usually draw the wheel with a pencil) and reuse.
πThen I revisit my goals, and vision board and review what I have been able to achieve so far or not been able to and why.
π Then I do a comprehensive report ( I just started this one this year ) of my review and share this with my accountability partners ( those I report to)
π I identify my challenges and then i make some adjustments to my goals plans and habits ( very important ) as needed.
π I create a new 'Wheel of Life' of my present reality and put that up for the new quarter of the year.
π Finally and importantly, I turn to God for grace, by spending time in His presence.
It's April, the beginning of a new quarter, do you also pause to reflect and review your goals, progress, and process?
Do you do something different? Share with me .
Welcome to April, I pray that we all summon the courage and zeal to PUSH ourselves to achieve our dreams.It's time to SPRING forth and flourish!
Have a flourishing April.
