One of my favourite things in the world is being in the same space with young children having sensible conversations. 

See ehn ,when children speak and act with wisdom it hits differently. Especially because of the level of shallowness you see amongst teenagers and young adults these days..

Now you can imagine why the time I spend with the preteens and young children (6-13years olds ) in our Mastermind Circle in these weekend meetings leave me deeply fulfilled. Trust me you can't beat the power of modelling , accountability and mentorship- When children can behold ,the become indeed.

Listening to them come up with their pitch on why they should or shouldn't be given leadership roles was such a beautiful thing to see and listen to. 

We've said many times that confidence is something that a child builds from a good self esteem ,which ofcourse is built from home . Now when this is nurtured and trained , the child gains mastery and become great at skills like negotiations and public speaking skills . Even as preteens and young children.
